The Customer Solutions Consultant is paramount to creating an effortless customer experience for Barwon Water customers and is responsible for providing the highest quality support by understanding customer needs and identifying appropriate solutions.

This role will be responsible for responding to customer queries through a variety of channels, primarily over the phone. Our customers’ privacy is most important to the Customer Solutions Consultant, and you will exhibit excellent levels of confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Providing cover for peak afternoon periods between 12pm-6pm, the work you do will be key in delivering for an award winning Customer Solutions team

About You

The Customer Solutions Consultant is a customer facing role that provides meaningful and memorable customer experiences for Barwon Water customers. You will bring a flair for engagement coupled with a passion for providing exceptional customer outcomes.

You will have built your career in customer facing roles and enjoy working in a fast paced and collaborative environment. Self-motivated and a natural problem solver, you will think on your feet and have a keen eye for detail.
