About us

We are an established and well-reputed medical clinic located in Wallan, offering a high-quality healthcare service for our patients.

The position

We are looking for an experienced medical receptionist to join our fantastic reception team.

The position is ongoing casual with appx 12-14 hours a week.

You'll have a set roster, but will be expected to cover other staff members in case of illness, leave etc.

You will work with a committed team and will enjoy a varied and engaging role.

  • You have current CPR training, or are willing to undertake.

Skills and experience:

  • You are competent in medical administration/reception or have experience in a similar role.
  • You are computer literate and competent using medical software.
  • Current CPR (or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities include:

  • You will perform medical reception/administration duties.
  • You will open and close the clinic as per set procedures.
  • You will answer the phone, schedule appointments, greet and welcome patients and visitors to the clinic.
  • You will perform administrative tasks such as billing, correspondence, scheduling, maintaining patient records etc.
  • You will liaise effectively with other clinic team members to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic and the delivery of high quality patient care/experience.
