As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Corporate Services Manager to lead and manage the firm’s corporate services function, ensuring efficient business operations, effective resource management and ongoing organisational development.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Directors, the Corporate Services Manager is responsible for planning, organising, directing, controlling and coordinating the administrative, financial, human resource and operational activities of the business.

The role plays a key leadership function within the organisation and is responsible for supporting the strategic objectives of the firm through the effective management of corporate services and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organise, direct and coordinate the firm’s corporate services activities and operational functions.
  • Develop, implement and review corporate policies, procedures and business systems to support organisational objectives.
  • Manage and oversee administrative, financial, information technology, facilities and human resource functions.
  • Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies designed to improve organisational efficiency and business performance.
  • Monitor and manage operational budgets, expenditure and resource allocation.
  • Analyse operational performance and prepare reports, recommendations and business improvement initiatives for senior management.
  • Coordinate recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, performance management and staff development activities.
  • Manage relationships with external service providers, consultants, technology vendors and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, governance standards and internal policies.
  • Oversee risk management, business continuity and operational compliance frameworks.
  • Coordinate organisational projects and initiatives supporting business growth and strategic objectives.
  • Establish and maintain effective management reporting systems and corporate records.
  • Provide strategic operational advice and recommendations to the Directors and leadership team.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance productivity, service delivery and organisational effectiveness.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline.
  • At least five years’ relevant experience in corporate services management, operations management, business administration or a related leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple corporate support functions within a professional services or financial services environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, organisational governance and business operations.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing policies, procedures and operational frameworks.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and lead organisational change initiatives.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.
