CASUAL PASTA CHEF – CHIOSCO BY ORMEGGIO
Join a vibrant waterfront trattoria backed by a Two-Hatted team.

Chiosco by Ormeggio, situated at d’Albora Marina in Mosman, is a thriving Italian trattoria known for its classic cuisine and relaxed, BYO-friendly atmosphere. Proudly run by the highly esteemed Two-Hatted Ormeggio team, we are currently seeking a talented Chef de Partieeager to grow and advance their career in a fast-paced, supportive kitchen environment.

Our venue operates seven days a week and offers à la carte service, group events, takeaway options from our kiosk, and boat catering packages. As a Chef de Partie at Chiosco, you can expect a variety of working hours, including weekends.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Full Australian working rights
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Formal cooking qualification
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with Italian cuisine essential
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and thrive in a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A passion for food and delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Completion of NSW Food Handlers course

Highly Regarded Skills & Qualifications:

  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
  • Experience on the hot/grill section
  • Expertise in pasta fresca
  • Experience with Italian seafood preparation
