FULL-TIME BRUNCH CHEF – MONDAY TO FRIDAY

Location: Brisbane

Salary: $80,000 per year + super

Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 6:30am – 3:00pm

Work-life balance | No weekend work

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Full-Time Brunch Chef to join our busy café team.

If you are a hardworking chef who enjoys a good team environment, takes pride in your food and wants a stable Monday-to-Friday position with early starts and early finishes, this could be the right opportunity for you.

What we offer

6:30am – 3:00pm

About you

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience working as a chef, preferably in a café, brunch or breakfast environment

Is hardworking, reliable and organised

Works well as part of a team

Can maintain good food quality and consistency during busy service

Has good communication and a positive attitude

Can work independently and manage kitchen responsibilities

Takes food safety, cleanliness and presentation seriously

Knowledge or experience with Asian cuisine is an advantage

A supportive kitchen environment

The owner is an experienced Head Chef and will be closely involved in the business. You won't be left on your own to figure everything out. We are happy to train and support the right person and help you become confident with our menu and kitchen operations.

We already have our recipes and systems in place, so there is no pressure for you to constantly develop new dishes. However, if you have good ideas, we would genuinely love to hear them.

We are looking for someone who wants a long-term position, not just a short-term job.
