Full job description

Pastrycook

The Trustee for Itafood Trust t/a Dat’s Amore is currently looking for a Full Time Pastrycook to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Take charge of ingredient selection for our gelato, cakes, and other sweet products.

· Assume responsibility for the daily production of a diverse array of desserts, semi freddo, cannoli, ice creams, waffles, cakes, and more

· Monitor the product quality at various stages throughout the production process.

· Devise new recipes to bring innovation to our offerings.

· Create imaginative decorations for cakes, ice creams, and other items.

· Ensure the maintenance of daily hygiene standards.

· Operate a variety of tools, mixers and machinery effectively

· Assist in training staff

Requirements

· The right candidate will have at least 1 year of experience.

· Be creative and have a genuine interest in the field

· Be able to work independently and be well organized

· Attention to detail and strong work ethic

Position: Full Time (at least 38 hours per week)

Salary: $70,000 – 90,000 per year

Location: 10 Oceanside Promenade, Mullaloo WA 6027
