Breakfast Cook – Fern Avenue Cafe, Currambine

PLEASE NOTE NO SPONSORSHIP IS AVAILABLE.

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Breakfast Cook to join our team at Fern Avenue Cafe in Currambine!

If you’ve worked as a breakfast chef or cook in a busy café setting and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a full-time position — applicants must be available at least 5 days per week, including weekends.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience as a breakfast chef in a similar café environment
  • Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and work efficiently under pressure
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Pride in producing high-quality, consistent dishes
  • Reliability and flexibility to work weekends and busy mornings
  • Bonus: Experience or passion for baking cakes, slices, or pastries

Your Role Will Include:

  • Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to a high standard
  • Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
  • Working closely with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
