Develop strong collaborative relationships with healthcare providers, community organisations and external agencies to improve outcomes for vulnerable patient groups.
Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while providing advice and support on welfare-related matters and contributing to patient-centred care planning.
Participate in quality improvement activities, student education, service development initiatives and ongoing professional development to enhance service delivery.
