The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting support workers to provide in-home and community-based support to NDIS participants in Narellan. If you are compassionate, reliable, and genuinely passionate about empowering others, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

· Assisting clients with personal care, domestic duties, and daily living skills

· Supporting participants in accessing the community, appointments, and social activities

· Implementing individual support and behaviour management plans

· Promoting choice, control, and independence in all areas of life

· Documenting accurate progress notes and incident reports

· Working collaboratively with clients, families, and allied health professionals

What We’re Looking For

· Cert III, IV, diploma or Bachelor in Disability, Mental Health, Individual Support, Psychology, Counselling, Community Services or related field

· NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

· Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

· Valid First Aid & CPR Certification

· Driver’s licence and fully insured, reliable vehicle

· Understanding of the NDIS Code of Conduct and participant rights

· Strong communication skills, empathy, and professionalism
