Job Description: Senior Pega Business Architect
Location: Sydney

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Pega Business Architect (SBA) to lead end-to-end implementation of Pega solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering transformative results. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Pega applications, stakeholder management, and business transformation, with a proven track record of working in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee the design and implementation of Pega solutions, including 1+ end-to-end Pega project implementations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and system designs.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of Pega Strategic Applications, particularly Pega Customer Service, to craft tailored solutions for clients.
  • Champion Agile methodologies to drive efficient delivery of Pega solutions across organizations.
  • Act as a key liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment and seamless communication.
  • Drive business transformation initiatives, demonstrating measurable improvements in processes and outcomes.
  • Provide thought leadership and best practices for utilizing Pega technology in banking services or related domains.
Qualifications:
  • Certified Pega Business Architect (preferably version 7.4 or later).
  • A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with Pega solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and fostering strong relationships with clients.
  • Proven track record in business transformation projects with a strong focus on delivering tangible results.
  • Experience in international markets, such as Australia, Europe, or the US, for at least 5+ years.
  • Strong domain knowledge in banking services is highly preferred.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
