Practice Manager – GP Medical Centres

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to coordinate the day-to-day operations across our three medical centres.

Main Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and oversee the three Senior Receptionists, one at each medical centre
  • Ensure consistent communication, procedures and standards across all three practices
  • Support Senior Receptionists with staff management and operational issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day practice issues
  • Oversee Medicare billing and claiming
  • Coordinate practice marketing activities
  • Liaise with doctors, staff and management to ensure smooth practice operations
