What's the role?

We're currently recruiting for multiple permanent opportunities within our Virtual Banking team based in Bedford Park, South Australia.

Starting on 18 September 2026 , you'll be the friendly voice helping customers with their everyday banking needs while delivering outstanding service and support over the phone.

Working within a fast-paced contact centre environment, you'll assist customers with a range of enquiries, provide tailored solutions and help create positive experiences that strengthen our customer relationships.

What will I be doing?

  • Supporting customers with their banking enquiries over the phone
  • Problem-solving and resolving customer issues
  • Identifying opportunities to help customers with products and services that meet their needs
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service
  • Working in a supportive team environment focused on customer outcomes

What are we looking for?

We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy helping others and thrive in a busy customer-focused environment.

You will bring:

  • At least 12 months of customer service experience in any industry
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
  • The ability to work towards performance and customer service goals
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • An interest in building a career with one of Australia's leading banks

Working Hours

These are full-time permanent opportunities based onsite in Bedford Park.

You will work a rotating roster across Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between:

7.30am and 7.30pm ACST

Your training and onboarding will commence on: 18 September 2026
