Our SA business is growing, and we’re looking for a Client Services Officer to partner with our Senior Broker / Director on everything that happens after settlement, client retention, pricing, equity conversations and outstanding customer service.

Live deal processing and the pipeline are managed by our processing team. This role is focused on looking after our settled clients and keeping them for the long term.

The Opportunity

You’ll work closely with Craig Parry, our Senior Broker / Director, as his partner for the existing client book.

You’ll run rate and pricing reviews, talk with clients in plain English about rates and equity (handing strategy and advice to Craig), deliver excellent day-to-day service, and stay connected with clients so they feel looked after and stay with Crown.

If you understand lending and love looking after people, without wanting to process files from enquiry to settlement, this is the role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with the Senior Broker / Director on post-settlement support and client retention.
• Own the pricing / existing-bank-clients book: run rate reviews on cadence, prepare pricing requests, and follow through until outcomes are clear.
• Speak with clients confidently about rates, equity, loan structure and recognise opportunities and book Craig for advice/strategy (you don’t provide financial advice)
• Deliver excellent customer service: answer questions, resolve issues where you can, and escalate broker decisions when needed.
• Keep settled clients informed and connected through reviews, check-ins and “what’s next” conversations.
• Spot refinance, top-up, equity and review opportunities and hand them cleanly to the Senior Broker / Director.
• Maintain accurate CRM / book records for reviews, pricing status and next actions.
• Coordinate client feedback, testimonials and Google reviews, and support appreciation/milestone moments as part of retention.
• Liaise with the processing team when a post-settlement matter needs credit or processing support, you don’t process files from enquiry through settlement.

About You

You come from mortgage broking, banking, lending or a similar finance environment and you’re as comfortable with rates and equity as you are with clients.

You’ll ideally have:

• Strong mortgage broking, banking or lending experience (essential).
• Confidence discussing rates, pricing, equity and loan options in plain English.
• Experience with client books, rate reviews, pricing, retention or post-settlement servicing (highly regarded).
• A genuine passion for customer service and long-term relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organisation and follow-through.
• CRM skills, HubSpot or a broking CRM highly regarded.
• Initiative and ownership; you don’t wait to be told the next review is due.
