About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will provide person-centred support to individuals, helping them achieve their goals, maintain independence, and enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily living support, including personal care and household assistance.
  • Assist clients with community access, social participation, and recreational activities.
  • Support clients with medication management as required.
  • Promote independence, dignity, choice, and inclusion.
  • Follow individual support plans and document client progress accurately.
  • Maintain a safe and positive environment for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Location: Aspley and Moreton Bay area.

Requirements

  • PBSP knowledge
  • Experience with working with people with Intellectual and physical disabilities
  • Current drivers licence
  • CPR and First Aid
  • NDWS worker screening card
  • Blue Card
  • NDIS worker orientation Module
  • Cert 3 in Disabilities

Hours and Availability

  • Mornings
  • Afternoons
  • Inactive Sleepovers
  • Weekends and Public Holidays

Pay: $43.23 – $77.81 per hour

Work Location: In person
