- Scientific Exchange: Proactively shape medical practice by communicating complex clinical data, closing clinical gaps, and fostering lasting advocacy for Roche’s innovative medicines.
- Insights Generation: Act as an "outside-in" engine for our Squad, translating real-world scientific insights into actionable strategies to address clinical barriers.
- Collaborative Partnership: Work side-by-side with investigators to support our clinical development programs, including Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS) and Real-World Evidence (RWD) generation.
- Internal Leadership: Collaborate cross-functionally to provide scientific training and education, ensuring internal teams remain up to date with the latest clinical developments.
We seek a curious, agile, and entrepreneurial mindset. You should be someone who:
- Demonstrates Strategic Acumen: Thinks strategically about your territory and isn’t afraid to prioritize value-adding activities.
- Is Digital-Savvy: Proactively integrates digital tools and possesses basic AI literacy to enhance your day-to-day work.

- Education: Healthcare professional qualification and/or a university degree (life sciences). An advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Experience: Strong expertise in medical affairs, customer experience excellence, and stakeholder engagement (TAEs, Medical Societies, etc.).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of patient journeys, treatment algorithms, and compliance standards (MA Code of Conduct).
- Flexibility: You are comfortable working remotely and traveling frequently (up to 60%) to engage with HCPs, attend conferences, and support our scientific ecosystem across multiple states. You have a current driver's license and please note that the territories are subject to change based on business requirements.
