Commission-Only Sales Representative

– Medical & Healthcare Products

Location: Sydney or Melbourne (Remote/Flexible)

Employment Type: Independent Contractor – Commission Only

BGI is an Australian company supplying innovative, medical consumables including infection control and more to the Australian health care sector, agriculture, hospitality, and veterinary industry.

We are looking to partner with an experienced sales professional who already has strong industry relationships and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.

About the Role

This is a commission-only opportunity suited to a highly motivated sales professional who is comfortable working independently and generating new business.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, introducing BGI's products to customers, building relationships with key decision-makers, and converting leads into long-term business.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop new business opportunities within the medical and healthcare sectors.

● Promote and sell BGI's range of products to hospitals, healthcare providers,

distributors, aged care providers, veterinary organisations, government agencies and

other relevant customers.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with purchasing managers, clinicians and key stakeholders.

● Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing and follow-up.

● Represent BGI professionally and ethically within the marketplace.

● Provide market feedback and identify new commercial opportunities.

Essential Requirements

● Previous experience selling into the medical, healthcare, pharmaceutical, veterinary

or infection control industries.

● Demonstrated success in business development or B2B sales.

● An established network of contacts within the healthcare industry.

● Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.

● Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.

● Professional presentation and excellent customer service skills.

● Current Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.

Desirable

● Experience working with medical distributors or healthcare procurement teams.

● Knowledge of infection prevention, disinfectants, medical consumables or healthcare products.

● Existing relationships with hospitals, aged care providers, veterinary groups or

government purchasing organisations.
