About the Role

Are you energetic, tech-savvy, and love capturing great moments? We are a premier Brand Activation & Fan Engagement Company looking for confident, bubbly Photo Booth Hosts to bring our events to life across Brisbane in 2026!

You will need to be available to work Wednesday, 5th of August & Thursday 6th of August during the day at QUT Campus. Successful candidates will have opportunity for future shifts.

Photography & tech experience/interest will be an advantage however we welcome staff with strong customer service experience and desire to learn.

This isn't just a job—it’s an experience. From high-profile corporate brand activations to vibrant weddings and private parties, you’ll be at the center of the action. You will be responsible for the full event lifecycle, from setting up the booth to engaging with guests and packing down. If you want a fun, interactive role to supplement your weekday or weekend commitments, this is the perfect fit.

Full onsite training is provided.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage & Entertain: Act as the face of the brand, welcoming guests, encouraging participation, and ensuring everyone has an unforgettable experience.
  • Technical Setup: Manage the full "bump-in and bump-out" process—transporting, setting up, and packing down the photo booth equipment safely.
  • Run the Tech: Operate basic photo booth software using Apple systems during the event to ensure high-quality prints and digital shares.

What We Are Looking For:

  • The Ultimate Social Butterfly: Outgoing, engaging, and confident in high-energy, crowded environments. Exceptional customer service skills are a massive plus!
  • An Eye for Photography: A basic understanding of lighting and framing. Formal experience or a passion for photography is highly advantageous.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable troubleshooting basic Apple software on the fly.
  • Logistically Minded: Great organizational skills, strict punctuality, and experience with event bump-in/bump-out (preferred).
  • Physically Fit: Ability to lift, carry, and set up event equipment independently.
  • Reliable: A valid driver’s license and your own reliable transport.

Requirements:

  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC), or a willingness to obtain one.
  • Strong availability for weekend and evening shifts (some weekday availability is highly regarded).
