The Wild Booth Co & Insta Kombi are on the hunt for outgoing, reliable legends to join our events crew.

If you love people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want a job that actually feels fun, keep reading.

We create high-energy photo and video experiences across everything from private parties to large-scale brand activations. One weekend you might be at a wedding, the next at a major corporate activation or festival.

We are Gold Coast based, but operate across the GC, Brisbane and Northern NSW.

This is a casual role, perfect for students or anyone looking for flexible weekend work. Most shifts fall on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

What you’ll be doing

You are the face of the brand on-site. Your job is to bring the energy and make sure every guest has a great experience.

  • Set up and pack down photo booth equipment
  • Transport gear using your own vehicle (sometimes ours)
  • Run the booth during events and engage with guests
  • Help guests with props, posing, and prints
  • Keep everything running smoothly, including basic troubleshooting
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content for our socials
  • Submit test shots and event updates to the team

What we’re looking for

This is not a “stand in the corner” job. We want people who bring the vibe.

  • Strong customer service skills and confident with people
  • Outgoing, friendly, and high energy
  • Reliable, organised, and on time every time
  • Available weekends (this is essential)
  • Driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle
  • Comfortable with tech (iPads, Windows, basic troubleshooting)
  • Able to work independently and stay calm under pressure

Bonus points for:

  • DSLR or camera experience
  • Basic lighting knowledge
  • Events or hospitality background

The non negotiables

Reliability is everything in this role. If you say you’re booked, you show up on time. Simple as that. Driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle.

Presentation matters. You are representing our brand at premium activations.
