ABOUT HONE&CO.

HONE&CO. is a considered, elevated space where exceptional service, beautiful surroundings and attention to detail come together.

We are looking for a polished, warm and naturally personable Front Desk & Social Media Coordinator to join our team two days per week, working Fridays and Saturdays.

This is a dual-purpose role for someone who understands that luxury is in the details. From the way a client is welcomed through the door, to the way our brand is represented online, you will play an important role in creating the HONE&CO. experience.

THE ROLE

Working across front-of-house and social media, you will be the welcoming face of HONE&CO. while also helping to curate our digital presence.

You will have a natural eye for aesthetics, an understanding of elevated customer service and the confidence to create beautiful, on-brand content.

Front of House

• Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism and genuine care
• Create an elevated and seamless arrival and departure experience
• Manage bookings, appointments and client enquiries
• Answer phone calls, emails and social media enquiries with a polished and personable manner
• Manage payments and day-to-day reception administration
• Maintain a beautifully presented reception and client environment
• Assist with retail and product enquiries
• Support the team with the smooth running of the studio
• Maintain discretion and professionalism when dealing with clients
• Anticipate client needs and contribute to an exceptional overall experience
• Prior expenerience of working in a hair salon would be an added skill.

Social Media & Brand

• Curate and manage HONE&CO.'s Instagram and social media presence
• Capture beautiful, natural photography and video within the studio
• Create elevated Reels, Stories and feed content
• Showcase our work, team, services, products, atmosphere and client experience
• Develop and maintain a considered content calendar
• Write engaging, refined captions that reflect the HONE&CO. brand voice
• Stay across relevant trends while ensuring content remains aligned with our aesthetic
• Engage with our online community through comments and direct messages
• Assist with campaigns, launches, promotions and special events
• Identify opportunities to grow brand awareness and engagement
• Monitor social media performance and use insights to guide future content

THE PERSON

We are looking for someone who naturally embodies the HONE&CO. aesthetic and understands that the smallest details create the biggest impression.

You will be:

• Creative with a strong visual eye
• Passionate about fashion, beauty, wellness, interiors or luxury brands
• Confident using Instagram and creating social content
• Comfortable capturing photography and video on a phone
• Discreet, trustworthy and professional
• Proactive, intuitive and able to anticipate what needs to be done
• Comfortable working independently while being an integral part of a small team
• Naturally aligned with a premium, understated and elevated aesthetic

Previous experience in luxury retail, beauty, hair, hospitality, fashion, reception or social media will be highly regarded.

THE DETAILS

Part-time | Friday & Saturday

This is a consistent two-day-per-week position, ideal for someone looking for a boutique role within a premium environment.

The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a high standard of presentation, service and professionalism at all times.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $26.44 – $40.00 per hour
