Step up and lead one of Santa photo experiences with Scene to Believe, where smiling faces and Christmas fun make every day memorable.

We’re hiring Christmas Experience Team Leaders (or as we like to call them, Chief Elves!) across Australia and New Zealand.

As a Chief Elf on one of our Santa photo sets, you’ll inspire, support and lead your team of Elves to create magical moments for every visitor. You’ll be the calm throughout the busy festive season, keeping the set running smoothly and ensuring every family has a memorable Santa photo experience.

We’re looking for Christmas Experience Team Leaders to drive performance across sites in the Adelaide Area, including:

Colonnades
Elizabeth City Centre
West Lakes
Tea Tree Plaza
Marion

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and motivating your team to deliver unforgettable visitor experiences
• Managing daily operations, rosters and workflow
• Welcoming families and keeping the atmosphere joyful and festive
• Bringing energy and maintaining positivity, even on the busiest days
• Leading from the front with warmth, professionalism and a dash of festive flair
• Overseeing POS operations and ensuring visitor prints and photo packages are processed and presented with care
• Most importantly, ensuring every family receives a high-quality photo and a treasured keepsake of their Christmas experience

If you are:

• A leader who inspires and supports those around you
• Great with people (and pets!) of all ages
• Organised, adaptable and calm under pressure
• A strong communicator who thrives in a team environment
• Focused on creating positive experiences for visitors and your team
• Hold or willing to obtain a valid Working with Children Check or equivalent clearance
