Annerley Physiotherapy and Fit N Feet Podiatry (same company with different business names) provides top-quality services in a patient-centered, welcoming environment. We are seeking a Part time receptionist (20-25hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am-12pm), who will thrive in a busy fast paced work environment where teamwork is the key to success.

The people we seek are passionate about patient service, can multi-task with ease and will bring positive and proactive attitude to add value to our growing practice.

Hours & Flexibility

This is a part-time position offering approx. 20-25 hours per week.

Please note : A sharp 8:00 am start is essential for this role. We can offer some flexibility on days and finishing times for the right candidate.

About You

We are looking for an exceptional individual who brings:

-Uncompromising Reliability : you are dependable, punctual, and take pride in excellent attendance. This role is central to our morning kickoff, so consistency is key.

-High Attention to Detail : You take ownership of your tasks and complete them accurately, minimising small administrative mistakes.

-A proactive Attitude : You are passionate about patient service, can multi-task with ease, and bring positive energy to our growing practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage appointments and patient schedules.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly.
  • Handle patient queries and conduct follow-ups, both in person and over the phone.
  • Manage appointments and patient schedules efficiently.
  • Payment processing, including healthcare/Medicare/DVA claims and third party claims
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a high standard of patient care.
  • Maintain the clinic's presentability and cleanliness.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
