Warehouse and Delivery Team Member

We’re looking for a reliable, energetic person with a positive attitude to join our small, friendly team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, delivering excellent customer service, and taking pride in doing a job well.

  • Operate pedestrian forklifts and maintain warehouse organisation
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
  • Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and care

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Experience in warehouse and delivery operations (hospitality or wholesale industry experience an advantage)
  • Comfortable performing physically active work — including lifting, loading, and moving stock safely
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional, courteous manner
  • Computer literate — confident using eCommerce and freight dispatch systems
  • Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
  • Excellent time management, communication, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand a wide range of products
  • Positive, flexible attitude and solid work ethic
  • Current manual driver’s licence with a clean driving record
