About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to support the expansion of PHARMORIS™, an AI-enabled medicine optimisation platform used by pharmacies and healthcare organisations. This role involves developing relationships with pharmacy groups and healthcare stakeholders across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of pharmacies and healthcare organisations
  • Conduct outreach, schedule meetings, and deliver product presentations
  • Run PHARMORIS™ demonstrations and support pilot project execution
  • Prepare proposals and monthly reporting
  • Maintain accurate activity documentation and CRM updates
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful client onboarding

Required Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in pharmacy, healthcare, medical distribution, or health-tech
  • Understanding of pharmacy operations or PBS-related processes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage independent remote work and client visits
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or related fields
