Full job description

Night Shift Delivery Driver – BakeryAbout the Role

This role involves delivering fresh bakery products to our valued customers during night hours. You will play a key role in ensuring our products arrive safely, on time, and in excellent condition.

Shift start times are variable and may commence anytime between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM, depending on the delivery run. Finish times are also variable based on the allocated route, with a minimum shift length of 7.5 hours.

Currently, 4-5 night shifts are available , with the opportunity for additional shifts as the business continues to grow.

Pay

AU$39.76/hr weekdays | AU$44.89/hr weekends

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a delivery driver (essential)
  • Proven experience working night shifts
  • Full Australian driver’s licence with a good driving record
  • 100% reliable with the ability to work independently
  • Good knowledge of Sydney roads
  • Experience driving long vans or heavy vehicles (MR/HR licence not required)
  • Comfortable driving a 7m long, high-roof Mercedes Sprinter (vehicle provided)
  • Confident and comfortable driving at night
  • Strong time management skills
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting/loading bakery products
  • Flexible availability - must be able to work weekend nights and other nights if required
  • Must live within a 30 - 40 minute travel time radius of Marrickville, Sydney to ensure timely arrival for night shifts.
