Delivery Driver – Girdlers Café Group

Location: Starts in Cromer (Central Kitchen)
Schedule: 2 days per week
Start Date: Immediate
Visa Status: Student visa holders welcome

About the Role:

Girdlers Café Group is seeking a reliable and upbeat Delivery Driver to join our operations team. This role involves transporting goods from our central kitchen in Cromer to our 6 venue locations across the Northern Beaches and surrounding areas.

You’ll be an important link between our production team and front-of-house teams, ensuring deliveries arrive on time, in full, and with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver supplies from our Cromer kitchen to venue locations (2–3 days/week)
  • Pack and load goods safely and efficiently
  • Assist teams with unpacking and organising deliveries at each venue
  • Ensure accurate records of goods and delivery notes
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen and venue teams regarding any issues
  • Maintain cleanliness and care of the delivery vehicle

Requirements:

  • Valid NSW Driver’s Licence
  • Confidence driving a small van or light commercial vehicle
  • Good English communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, and team-focused attitude
  • Physically fit and able to assist with lifting/unloading
  • Reliable and punctual with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and follow run sheets

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Sydney’s Northern Beaches
  • Previous delivery or hospitality experience
  • Ability to jump in and help the team where needed
