Synergie Australia is seeking an experienced Despatch / Load Planner for our client in Smithfield.

The important parts:

• Ongoing - Monday - Friday - Day shift
• Immediate start
• Great locations & facilities - $37 + per hour

What you will be required to do:

• Liaising with transport carriers and drivers
• Booking delivery and pick up time slots
• Planning, monitoring and tracking loads
• Managing truck movements throughout the day
• Processing despatch and transport documentation
• Ensuring schedules are met and issues are resolved quickly

To be successful in the role you will:

• Previous experience in despatch, transport co-ordination or load planning
• Strong communication skills and ability to deal confidently with carriers
• Organised, calm under pressure and detail-oriented
• PC literate and confident using systems.

What's on offer for you:

• Ongoing hours -Monday - Friday
• Great hourly rate $37 + per hour
• Initial training shift - 6am-2pm or 8am-4pm
• Once trained, hours may transition to 11am - 7pm
• Opportunity to be offered a permanent position
