About the Role

Are you a team player with a forklift licence and a passion for warehouse operations? We're looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our friendly and collaborative logistics team based in Welshpool, WA.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Picking and preparing customer orders for despatch
  • Coordinating loading/unloading of vehicles with the despatch officer
  • Operating a forklift (counterbalance) safely and efficiently
  • Monitoring driver inductions and ensuring compliance with site safety rules
  • Maintaining accurate paperwork for despatch
  • Contributing to a positive and productive warehouse environment

What You'll Bring to succeed

  • Forklift Licence (Counterbalance) - Essential
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations (ideally in building products or logistics)
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg and safely handle plasterboard
  • Basic computer skills - foundational level preferred (in preparation for future WMS implementation)
  • Team player with good communication skills and a strong safety mindset
  • Good attention to detail, numeracy, and English literacy
  • White Card (or willing to obtain)
