About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Master Plumber to join our Adelaide team as a Plumbing Site Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead from the front, drive high standards on-site, and contribute to the continued growth of our plumbing division.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering plumbing projects safely, on time, and to a high standard, while mentoring teams and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise site-based plumbing teams across commercial projects
  • Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all statutory and company requirements
  • Coordinate labour, materials, and equipment to optimise project delivery
  • Maintain quality control across all stages of works
  • Read, interpret and manage drawings, specifications, and design changes
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and development of the plumbing business

About You

  • Master Plumber qualification, current driver’s licence, and White Card
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Site Manager role within commercial plumbing
  • Strong experience across commercial plumbing systems including hydraulics, fire services, hot water systems, TMVs, water filtration and tempering systems
  • Proven ability to plan, coordinate and manage materials, tools, and site resources efficiently
  • Solutions focused mindset with a strong understanding of compliance, standards, and best practice
  • Experience working on complex or large-scale commercial and/or civil projects (desirable)
  • Proficient in digital tools including Procore, Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to travel to regional projects when required
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
