Cena is a family run Italian restaurant in Ringwood that's just had a major refurbishment. Our cosy yet contemporary restaurant serves up delicious, authentic Italian food. Cena is more than just exceptional food - it's about creating memorable moments for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions about the menu
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to customers' tables
- Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
- Process customer payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area

Qualifications:
- must have experience in waiting
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Note: Bartending experience is a plus, but not required for this position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $12.71 – $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
