MatchWorks is looking for a Post Placement Support Consultant who partners closely with participants, employers and internal teams to proactively address barriers, strengthen workplace success, and drive sustainable, long-term employment outcomes through tailored support and retention strategies.

What you’ll do


As a Post Placement Support Consultant in our team you’ll:


  • Be on the ground, providing hands-on coaching and guidance at the workplace.
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with participants and employers.
  • Create personalised retention plans that keep participants thriving at work.

What you’ll bring


  • A knack for building rapport with a variety of people, with a considered and friendly communication style.
  • An ability to think on your feet and offer practical solutions.
  • Organised and reliable approach, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)


Bonus points for


  • Experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or employment support setting.
