Grow your specialty nursing career on the Central Coast.
The Transition to Specialty Practice (TSP) Program is a 12-month program offering Registered Nurses the opportunity to develop specialised knowledge and skills through a structured program of education, clinical experience, mentorship and professional development. Offered across a broad range of nursing specialties, the program builds the capability to provide evidence-based care across acute and specialised settings.
Working alongside experienced clinicians, educators and multidisciplinary teams, participants are supported to develop confidence, refine clinical judgement and strengthen advanced clinical assessment, critical thinking and care coordination skills.
