Job Summary

Join a growing, supportive clinic and take control of your schedule, doing pre-employment medicals, full training provided, $60–80/hr negotiable.

About the Role

Return to Perform Physiotherapy is looking for a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to join our team on a casual/contractor basis, conducting pre-employment medical assessments.

The best part? You choose your own hours. Whether you want a few hours a week alongside another job, or you're after something more consistent, this role is built around your availability — not the other way around.

Our pre-employment health screening programs use role-specific medical and functional assessments to help employers make informed hiring decisions and reduce workplace injury risk.

What the role involves:

  • In-clinic physical functional testing for job-specific roles
  • Hearing tests
  • Drug and alcohol testing
  • Spirometry testing
  • Vision testing
  • General health checks (blood pressure, BMI)
  • Fitness testing

What we offer:

  • Complete flexibility — you set your own hours, anywhere from 5–20 hours/week
  • Full in-house training and development — no prior pre-employment screening experience required

About you:

  • Registered Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist (AHPRA registered)
