- Salary $101,711 + Super + Location Allowance (circa package up to $125,000 pa)
About the role
Are you ready to take ownership of a critical role in our regional operations? We’re looking for a Stores Coordinator to supervise the day-to-day operations and security of our Regional Inventory Stores and sub-stores across the region.
In this role, you’ll also deliver a streamlined e-Procurement service, ensuring our teams have the materials and resources they need to keep operations running smoothly.

What the role will involve
- Manage Materials & Procurement – Adhere to corporate standards for materials management and e-Procurement processes.
- Stock Handling & Documentation – Load/unload items (as required) and process all paperwork and system entries accurately and on time.
- Communication & Coordination – Liaise with stakeholders on stock movement and availability.
- Monitor & Improve NWR Stores – Oversee NWR store operations and identify and deliver improvements to work practices.
- Reporting - Review and enhance current reporting approach
- Provide Guidance & Support – Offer functional supervision and advice to team members on stores management and procurement policies.
- Ensure Safety Compliance – Follow all occupational health and safety policies and proactively identify and report hazards.
About you
- Strong Experience – Proven background in stores or warehouse operations, including chemical handling.
- Administrative & Customer Support Skills – Ability to provide business and customer service support effectively.
- Tech-Savvy – Skilled in inventory management systems and PC-based tools (e.g., SAP MM, SAP PM, e-Procurement, Microsoft Office).
- Licences & Certifications – High Risk Forklift Licence, C Class driver’s licence, and Construction Card (blue or white).
- Desirable Qualifications – Cert IV in Warehousing Distribution, First Aid, Dangerous Goods Operator Certificate.
- Additional Advantage – Certificate II in Transport & Distribution of Dangerous Goods.
