Triage Advisor (Workplace Health Support) - Remote working

We are looking for Triage Advisors who are passionate and ready to make a real and immediate impact on the health of businesses and their employees across Australia.

About the role
This role will be responsible for providing telephone triage services to clients that are injured at work. The role includes
-
Assessing a client's symptoms following injury or illness in accordance with clinical protocols
-
Providing clinical advice and support
-
Provision of early injury management advice and first aid
-
Recommending further medical or allied health services as required
-
Implementing new approaches and processes to meet the needs of our business
As a 24/7 service operating every day of the year, the Triage Service requires Casual Triage Nurses who are adaptable and flexible in their availability. Candidates should be willing to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays, and be able to respond to short-notice staffing needs when required.
About you
We want you if you have:

Experience as a Registered Nurse (Division 1 ) with at least 3 years clinical experience in a hospital or medical practice is required
-
Experience as a telephone triage nurse is advantageous
-
Superior clinical nursing assessment skills
-
Strengths in building rapport and relationships with clients
-
A reputation as a strong communicator
-
Confidence working with technology and good computer literacy skills
-
A passion for delivering high quality patient care
-
The ability to multi-task with great time management skills (who can manage and meet deadlines)
-
The ability to be a team player who can also work autonomously
-
