We're building our store teams across Australia as we grow into Dollarama Australia. Some stores are hiring right now and others will be over the coming months. One application puts you in the pool for the stores near you, so you're in the mix for whatever comes up next.

Roles we recruit for

• Casual Team Members, with flexible shifts that change week to week
• Part-time Team Members, with set hours on a regular roster
• Team Leaders, leading the team on shift with a path toward store management
• Seasonal and Christmas casuals, for extra shifts through our busiest months, September to March

These are hands-on, physical roles where you'll be on your feet and may lift up to 16kg safely as part of normal store duties

Team Member

You'll help run the store day to day and look after our customers.

• Serve customers and help out on the registers
• Fill shelves and move stock around the store
• Keep the store clean, tidy and safe
• Work across different areas of the store with the team

No retail experience needed. We'll train you from day one.

Team Leader

If you've run a shift or led a team in retail, fast food, a supermarket, bottle shop, chemist or similar, you can step up with us. You'll support the Store Manager, lead the team on shift, open and close as a keyholder, coach Team Members, and handle cash and till reconciliation. We'll back you with training and a clear path toward Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager.

Seasonal and Christmas casual work

Our busiest stretch runs from September through to March, taking in Christmas, the New Year sales and back to school. Seasonal shifts are a good way to earn over those months and to get to know us.

Seasonal roles have an end date, which we'll confirm with you when we offer the work. Over the Christmas peak we'll usually ask for at least four days a week, including Saturdays, Sundays and Thursday evenings, and for you to be available right through the trading period.

Seasonal work goes to people already in our talent pool, so applying now puts you in line for it.

When we need you

Tell us when you're free and we'll match you to the work that fits. Most people join us for one of these patterns:

• Weekday daytime, between 7:00am and 3:30pm
• Weekday afternoons and evenings from 3:30pm, including late night trade to 9:00pm
• Weekends, school holidays and public holidays

You'll need to be available at least three days a week.

How we hire
