What You'll Actually Be Doing

Reception & Front of House

• Be the first point of contact (face-to-face, on the phone, and by email) for students, parents, and tutors
• Greet everyone who walks through the door and make the campus a place people want to be
• Answer the phone promptly and handle enquiries with professionalism (and personality)

Keeping the Campus Running

• Open and/or close the campus before and after operating hours
• Print class materials for tutors and get rooms ready for the day
• Keep the space clean, tidy, and stocked with what tutors and students need
• Manage bookings and scheduling for tutorials and classes

Behind the Scenes

• Run feedback calls with parents and students to check how things are going
• Handle data entry and keep our systems accurate and up to date
• Coordinate with the internal team and liaise with external partners, contractors, and suppliers
• Jump in wherever the campus needs support. No two shifts are exactly the same

Hours

• Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–7:30pm
• Saturday, 9:00am to 1:00pm & 1.00 - 5.00 pm (split shift)
• 10–15 hours per week, built to work around your uni timetable

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years' experience in customer service or admin (retail, hospitality, and reception all count)
• Familiarity with the Australian education system
• A genuine passion for helping people and solving problems on the spot
• Organised, switched-on, and comfortable juggling a few things at once
• Confident with computers and quick to pick up new systems
• Completed schooling in Australia (this one's a must)
• Someone who connects with our mission and genuinely wants to help students find their way
