About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team and assist clients in the Gisborne, Macedon and Sunbury areas. The role involves providing quality support to NDIS participants to help them maintain independence, safety, and connection within their community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal care and daily living assistance
- Meal preparation and light household tasks
- Community access and transport support
- Medication prompts (if required)
- Building positive and respectful relationships with clients and families
- Accurate documentation and reporting
About You:
- Genuine passion for helping others
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Friendly, patient and respectful
- Must hold (or be willing to obtain):
- NDIS Workers Screening
- Working With Children Check
- Current driver’s licence and reliable car
- First Aid & CPR
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
- Driver's licence
