The Opportunity

Nestlé Nutrition and Health aims to be the market leader in specialised nutrition solutions that enhance consumer health and wellbeing. We provide a range of medical nutritional products into hospitals and the community.

We are looking for a commercially driven and clinically credible 2x Nutrition & Health Specialists to cover our Southwest/West and North Sydney/South Sydney/Newcastle territories.

This is an opportunity to become a trusted advisor, influencing clinical practice through education, scientific expertise, and meaningful healthcare partnerships in hospitals and adult care.

A day in the Life…

Reporting to the Regional Manager Nutrition & Health - NSW, you will utilise your scientific knowledge to influence and educate healthcare professionals within the hospital space on the use of our credible, scientifically supported product range.

With your relationship-management skills, you will influence key decision makers within hospitals as you strive to exceed sales targets and make a difference to patient welfare.

• 
  Drive sales growth and achieve territory objectives through strategic account management and customer engagement.
• Build strong relationships with key healthcare professionals across hospitals, community, and Private Sector.
• Be a trusted clinical and product expert, educating customers on evidence-based medical nutrition solutions that enhance patient care and drive business growth.
• Maintain accurate and timely customer interaction records and territory activity within our CRM system - Veeva.
• Participate in sales meetings, conferences, seminars and other activities on an as-needed basis.
• Leverage digital engagement tools and represent Nestlé Nutrition and Health.

TRAVEL

Due to the nature of this role, it is important that you are comfortable spending time on the road with regular travel. Please note that in order to visit your customers, you must have a current unrestricted driver’s license and be prepared for occasional overnight travel. Please note you will also be required to attend team meetings.
