We’re seeking motivated and reliable Process Workers to join one of Australia’s leading poultry production facilities in Beresfield. These Christmas casual roles are perfect for anyone wanting short-term work over the busy festive period — with the potential for ongoing opportunities beyond the season.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Wrapping, packing, weighing, stacking, and bagging poultry products
  • Using electric pallet jacks to move pallets safely
  • Operating food processing machinery
  • Performing repetitive manual handling tasks (lifting up to 20kg)
  • Maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene
What We’re Looking For
  • Comfortable handling raw and cooked poultry products
  • Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual work
  • A quick learner with initiative and a strong work ethic
  • Reliable transport and a current driver’s licence
  • Available for weekend shifts when required
  • No food allergies (working with gluten, flour, and marinades)
  • No birds, pigs, or chickens at home (biosecurity requirement)
  • Must remove jewellery and piercings while on-site
  • Hold full working rights in Australia
