Our client, located in the north-eastern suburbs, is a leading Australian engineering company specialising in advanced motion technology and precision manufacturing. What's in it for you:

  • Monday to Thursday 6 am-2:40 pm. Friday 6 am-12:10 pm

  • From $48-52 per hour based on experience

  • Temp-to-perm opportunities for reliable and high-performing candidates

  • Ongoing, stable work with consistent hours - Monday to Friday required.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Operating, setting up, and/or programming CNC machines, including:

    • 3-5 Axis Machines

    • OKUMA, HAAS & MAZAK machines.

  • Using Mastercam 2024 for programming and toolpath optimisation

  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings

  • Conducting quality checks and maintaining accuracy within tight tolerances

  • Following all safety policies and procedures

Who we are looking for:

  • Experience in CNC operation, setup, and/or programming

  • Exposure to steel machining or precision components manufacturing

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

  • Willingness to work across Day, Afternoon, or Night shifts

  • Positive, safety-focused attitude and team spirit
