Synergie Australia is seeking a Fleet Procurement Specialist for a temporary role commencing ASAP through to March 2026 based in Cremorne.

The important parts:

  • Pay: $50-60 per hour + Super | Duration: ASAP until March 2026
  • Hours: Monday-Friday | 38 hrs per week
  • Potential for Hybrid: Onsite in Cremorne with the potential for one WFH day per week

What you will be required to do:

You'll support client service delivery within the Group Supply Chain function, focusing on Fleet Operations. With an emphasis on the beginning of the asset lifecycle, you will;

  • Conduct asset management activities across whole-of-life (with a focus on the beginning of the asset lifecycle)

  • Regulatory compliance duties

  • Source and acquire vehicles and assets for projects

  • Specify vehicle requirements and undertake detailed specs

  • Consciously move beyond administrative or operational tasks and focus on strategy and analysis

To be successful in the role you will:

  • 5+ years' experience in a supplying role to projects focusing on providing assets

  • Ability to deal with project managers and senior stakeholders

  • Technical experience in the fleet category

  • Project oriented asset acquisition

  • High levels of proficiency in undertaking detailed specs

  • Excellent problem solving and organisational skills
