Full job description
About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager to join the APJ Payroll and Compliance team, part of Dayforce’s global payroll product organisation.
As a global HCM platform, you’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams across multiple regions to deliver solutions that scale globally while meeting local needs.
This is a senior individual contributor (IC) role for someone who thrives in agile delivery, enjoys solving complex customer challenges within regulatory frameworks, and leads by example.
As a senior member of the team, you’ll be expected to collaborate with peers and help strengthen the product organisation’s operational excellence through mentorship and disciplined product practices in a global, enterprise-scale environment.
You’ll lead the evolution of Dayforce’s payroll functionality across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, ensuring our solutions stay compliant, intuitive, and aligned with both regional regulations and enterprise customer needs.
Working directly with engineering, UX, compliance, implementation, and solutions advisory teams, as well as customers, partners, and tax authorities such as the ATO, to deliver exceptional outcomes and maintain compliance across the region.
Why This Role Matters
Payroll is central to Dayforce’s mission of making work life better.
As a Senior Product Manager in the APJ Payroll team, you’ll own how Dayforce delivers compliant, high-performing, and scalable payroll solutions across key APJ markets. You’ll blend commercial insight, technical understanding, and regulatory knowledge to deliver real-world value to organisations and their people.
Your ability to collaborate, influence, and mentor those around you will directly shape the effectiveness and maturity of the broader product team.
