Product Owner
Location: Remote - Europe (core collaboration hours within EU time zones with some flexibility required to collaborate with team members in Australian and North American timezones)
Reports to: Product Manager
Are you a product driven problem solver who thrives in fast-moving SaaS environments? Do you love turning complexity into clarity, aligning teams, and shaping product experiences that genuinely make people’s lives easier? If so, we’d love to meet you!
We build software that takes the stress, chaos, and friction out of managing a health practice. As our newest Product Owner, you’ll play a pivotal role in translating vision into action, turning customer needs into features and driving product outcomes that truly matter.
You’re someone on the rise - intelligent, opinionated (in the best way), and ready to make an impact. You’re not easily swayed, and you’re happy to take a stand when it serves the customer and the product. You connect dots, ask great questions, and care deeply about delivering value. If that sounds like you… read on!
You’re Excited To
-
Be the voice of the customer; advocate for user needs and pain points.
-
Maintain deep customer understanding and share insights with key teams.
-
Translate product strategy into clear, prioritised & actionable items with strong value-based prioritisation.
-
Work closely with engineering to understand constraints, dependencies, and system behaviour
-
Build alignment, trust and collaborate seamlessly across Product, Engineering, and Customer Support.
-
Ensure continuous delivery of value; own the lifecycle from discovery to post-launch iteration.
-
Guide product decisions to support growth, retention, and operational efficiency.
-
Communicate clearly across async and real-time channels.
-
Surface risks early and drive grounded, data-informed decisions.
-
Contribute to risk-based analysis of product changes and support identification of potential vulnerabilities
What You Bring to the Team
Experience
-
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on product ownership experience (SaaS experience an asset)
-
Proven ability to translate customer pains into clear requirements and impactful improvements
-
Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and product development architecture
-
Demonstrated experience working with remote, cross-cultural teams across multiple time zones

Prioritisation - confidently prioritises what drives the most impact and eliminates noise.
-
Technical Fluency - understands enough to engage meaningfully with engineering.
-

-
Problem Solving & Critical Thinking - breaks down complexity into clear, actionable steps.
Traits
-

-
Adaptable & Curious - thrives in fast-changing environments, shows interest in emerging technologies - particularly AI and automation.
-
Integrity-Driven - transparent, reliable, and grounded in facts, not ego.
-
Opinionated (in the right ways) – advocates confidently, knows which hills matter, and isn’t easily swayed.
-
Energetic & Self-Starter - brings momentum, enthusiasm, and a bias for action.
-
Strategic Yet Practical - able to zoom out and zoom in fluidly.
-
Growth Oriented - desire to grow, stretch, take on more responsibility, and help influence direction.
