INTERNAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES

Join a leading Australian manufacturer renowned for quality, reliability, and consistency in every detail. We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who can think analytically, communicate clearly, and coordinate seamlessly.

The Role:

As the central link between Sales, Production, Processing, and Logistics, you’ll make sure every order adds up — from first enquiry to final delivery. You’ll interpret data, track workflows, and ensure each step aligns perfectly so our customers experience excellence at every stage.

Key Functions:

  • Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, and in person

  • Prepare accurate quotes and follow up for approvals

  • Coordinate production schedules and deliveries with precision

  • Track, calculate, and report order progress

  • Support the Sales Manager and wider team with quotes

  • Ability to read plans, have a technical mind

  • Process orders efficiently in JIWA ERP

  • Prepare freight documentation and correspondence

  • Keep every department in sync — clear communication is your constant

About You:

You think logically, plan methodically, and find satisfaction in solving complex problems. Accuracy isn’t optional — it’s instinctive. You see patterns in process and enjoy turning variables into results.

Essential Attributes:

  • Experience in Customer Service or Sales Support

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Analytical, detail-driven, and highly organised

  • Confident juggling multiple variables while keeping accuracy constant

  • Relationship builder with strong problem-solving ability

  • Comfortable reading specifications and technical drawings

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and ERP systems (JIWA preferred)

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in Manufacturing, Construction, or Logistics

  • Strong numerical reasoning and data accuracy

  • Proven ability to turn complexity into clarity
