About the opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Workshop Production Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy workshop. If you’re a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with people to deliver high-quality results, this is your opportunity to make an impact with a global industry leader.
As the Workshop Production Supervisor, you’ll oversee workshop operations to ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll lead a skilled team, coordinate daily workflow, and manage resources to deliver on-time results that meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities

Supervise daily production and ensure operational excellence across all workshop activities.

Drive a strong safety culture, promoting Sandvik’s Zero Harm vision.

Plan and allocate jobs to optimise efficiency and meet project deadlines.
-
Maintain quality control, equipment readiness, and effective inventory management.
-
Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and customer teams to ensure seamless delivery.
-
Build strong relationships with customers, providing updates and resolving issues promptly.
-
Lead and develop your team, fostering continuous improvement and accountability.
About you
We’re looking for a practical, people-oriented leader with strong organisational and communication skills. You will bring:

A trade qualification and experience in workshop or production supervision, ideally within mining, heavy equipment, or manufacturing.
-
Excellent leadership and time management skills.
-
A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
-
Confidence working with Microsoft Office (especially Project and Excel).
-
The ability to balance priorities in a fast-moving environment and deliver high-quality results.
