The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Analyst/Assistant Manager to join our Corporate Finance team. This role offers exposure to complex transactions, valuations, and strategic advisory projects, working closely with clients and senior leaders.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of deals across M&A and corporate finance engagements
  • Build financial models and undertake detailed analysis in Microsoft Excel
  • Draft key documents such as Information Memorandums for financing and/or sell-side engagements
  • Analyse company performance and conduct industry research and benchmarking
  • Prepare valuation reports and marketing materials
  • Manage client file administration and databases
  • Actively build and maintain client relationships, ensuring excellent service and timely delivery

What We Are Looking For
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance and/or Accounting
  • 3 years’ experience in a professional services environment specialising in Corporate Advisory
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
  • A strong client service focus and ability to develop relationships
