About Perina Group

We are looking for a highly organised and reliable Project Administrator (Scheduler) to support our team and help keep our projects, people and daily operations running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys planning, coordination, communication and keeping things on track.

About the Role

As our Project Administrator (Scheduler), you will be the key coordination point for our projects and operational schedules.

You will help plan and maintain schedules, track progress, coordinate resources, manage updates and keep internal teams, clients and suppliers aligned.

Your role will help ensure the right people, information and resources are in the right place at the right time.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Develop, maintain and update project schedules, timelines and calendars
  • Coordinate project activities, staff, resources and bookings
  • Monitor progress against schedules, budgets and key milestones
  • Identify and report scheduling risks, delays or changes
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients and suppliers to confirm timings and updates
  • Prepare and distribute reports, status updates and project documentation
  • Maintain accurate records, registers and filing using [system/software]
  • Schedule and support meetings, including agendas, minutes and action items
  • Follow up outstanding tasks and help keep projects moving
  • Provide general administrative support to project managers and the wider team

About you

We are looking for someone who is organised, calm under pressure and confident communicating with different people.

You will ideally have:

  • Strong planning, scheduling and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and scheduling or project management software
  • Experience in scheduling, project coordination, administration or operations support
  • A relevant qualification in business administration, project management or a related field, which would be highly regarded
