See the impact of your work

Not every role gives you the opportunity to point to a finished project and say, "I helped deliver that."

Whether it's improving safety, increasing network efficiency or supporting regional communities, your work will contribute to infrastructure outcomes that make a real difference.

Develop your leadership capability

This role provides the opportunity to lead project teams, influence outcomes and build the skills and experience needed for future leadership opportunities within RoadTek and the broader Department of Transport and Main Roads.

Work with experts

You'll collaborate with engineers, project professionals, technical specialists and operational teams who bring extensive knowledge and practical experience to every project.

It's a supportive environment where people share knowledge, solve problems together and celebrate success.

Build a career, not just a job

RoadTek is committed to investing in its people through professional development, study assistance, flexible work arrangements and opportunities to work on increasingly complex and challenging projects.
