In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team based in various locations delivering project coordination, documentation, reporting and stakeholder support across Roads and Active Transport projects This role will see you support project teams by preparing documentation, coordinating meetings, developing materials and maintaining project information to enable timely delivery You will build efficient project support processes in a fast paced, stakeholder rich environment with competing priorities.

About you

Your project coordination skills, flexibility and attention to detail formed across project administration or similar support roles will see you overcome competing priorities, maintain accurate information and support delivery outcomes

You're recognised as a committed and collaborative communicator, skilled at organising information and preparing clear documentation, experienced in project processes, reporting, stakeholder engagement and records management
