What you will do
As project support officer, you will provide administrative support across a team that oversees health services in prisons and youth justice facilities.
You will help keep projects, contracts and reporting activities running smoothly.
You will:
  • support contract administration across contract management, monitoring and quality activities
  • maintain accurate contract records and documentation
  • prepare clear briefing papers and reports under direction
  • monitor incoming communications and coordinate meeting schedules
  • build positive working relationships and contribute to an inclusive team environment.
About you
A tertiary qualification or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is highly desirable.
Experience in secretariat functions, performance monitoring or governance will help you succeed in this role.
You should also have:
  • experience using advanced Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and charts
  • strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work through issues
  • good communication skills and the ability to tailor information for different audiences
  • a commitment to continuous improvement, inclusion and working flexibly with others.
