About the role

The Project Officer will provide efficient and effective administration support to Digital Projects within West Moreton Health to ensure project initiatives are delivered on time and on budget.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

Ability to establish and support project governance by scheduling meetings and performing secretariat functions.
Experience working with project and program management schedules, reports, procurement and associated software programs.
Participation in the development and implementation of organisational processes that improve project governance, compliance and continuous improvement in project management.
Ability to assist with the planning, implementation and reporting for West Moreton Health digital projects.
Understanding of the risks and issues management relative to the undertaking of digital projects.
