Key responsibilities:
The purpose of the Project Officer is a pivotal 'all-rounder' role which includes elements of project planning and delivery, contract management, administration, procurement planning, process innovation and continual business improvement.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively support senior stakeholders with project requirements, including documentation assistance, reporting within tight timeframes and monitoring of sensitive issues and ensuring escalation where appropriate.
- Provide confidential, high quality administrative support to the Executive Director and Commercial Partnerships team, and maintain sensitive probity management frameworks, exercising discretion at all times.
- Actively develop and review administrative processes and systems for improvement opportunities, identify process blockages and work with relevant stakeholders to proactively support resolution and provide more effective and efficient work practices.
- Schedule organise and where necessary attend meetings and working groups, and co-ordinate all necessary administrative support for such meetings. Take notes and prepare minutes for distribution if required.
- Assist in the preparation of procurement process documentation, including planning, market approach and evaluation.

- Mandatory qualifications and conditions It is a condition of employment for all recommended appointee/s to disclose any previous serious discipline action taken against them for consideration by the delegate prior to any appointment.
- If invited to interview, and you are not a current permanent Public Servant, you are required to provide evidence of citizenship or working visa. This information will not be given to a third party without your consent.
- Experience in supporting project delivery on projects, which are large and complex involving multiple stakeholders and agencies.
