- Project coordination and organisational capability, managing competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Research, analysis and problem-solving skills, supporting evidence-based recommendations and decision-making.
- Systems thinking and a commitment to quality, ensuring information is accurate, current and fit for purpose.
- Accountability and a focus on outcomes, delivering work to agreed standards and timeframes.
- A collaborative approach, contributing positively to team objectives and stakeholder relationships.
Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Provide high-quality project and administrative support across a range of infrastructure initiatives and programs.
- Contribute to stakeholder engagement and consultation activities, building positive relationships with government, industry, community and regional representatives.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, briefings, submissions and correspondence, ensuring information is accurate, timely and aligned with governance requirements.
- Maintain project management and reporting systems, including tracking tools, datasets and information repositories.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, reporting practices and system usability.
- Undertake targeted research and analysis, drawing insights from multiple information sources to support project outcomes.
- Support complex infrastructure initiatives by assisting with milestone tracking, risk management and project coordination activities.
- Coordinate records and information management practices to support transparency, accountability and accessibility.
